Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship nationwide across Australia. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide. No minimum spend required — just place your order and we'll take care of the rest.
Carriers We ship via Australia Post and/or other reputable carriers. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@pwrpouch.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
